The Nikon Microscope Solutions division is a part of the Nikon Group of Companies' Nikon Healthcare Business Division. The goal of the Microscope Solutions division is to provide industry-leading microscope-based imaging solutions to clients in research, biotech/pharma, clinical laboratories and education. The industrial microscopes are categorized under the Components business segment.

Nikon has also partnered with Yumanity Therapeutics Inc. to develop high throughput and high-content image analysis assays to expedite the development of cell-based therapies. Nikon has also created a range of microscope products as well as specialized software and workflow for the cell manufacturing industry. The Microscope Solutions division, a cornerstone of Nikon's Healthcare Business Division, keeps growing. Nikon is committed to creating state-of-the-art imaging technologies for use in academic research labs, the biotech and pharmaceutical industries and the clinical and educational communities.
